Sticky May 4, 2016

This product is quite sticky, and smelly. The tacky surface is very unusual, and I wonder how it will hold up as an external surface?

Magic Vinyl. Almost Scary. November 6, 2014
Reviewer: Darrin Bacon from Graham, WA United States
I had been using another brand of vinyl with a great deal of frustration. When I ran out of material, I decided to try a different brand. Man, am I glad I did. This stuff is heaven to work with. I was wrapping the interior of a vehicle.  I had ruined a few sheets of the other product and was nearly at a point of telling my customer I couldn't do it. I ordered the Hexis carbon fiber vinyl and it just went on perfectly in every way. No problems, no bubbles, no wrinkles, nothing. If I started to get a wrinkle, I could easily pull it up, add a little heat and pull it right down into submission. Additionally, I try to minimize deflection as much as possible in the lines of the carbon fiber. That can be tough when wrapping deep curves. If a person isn't careful, you can end up with wavy lines going everywhere. Frankly, I wasn't even trying to make the lines straight after so many failures with this particular job. But all said and done, everything was nearly perfectly parallel. Amazing!
