Return Policy



Vinyl:

All vinyl products purchased are custom manufactured to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely. We always recommend purchasing samples before making a larger purchase; samples are available here at MetroRestyling.com. Ask all questions before placing an order. When buying one of our products, please note that the item is being sold as described. No changes or alterations to the item (except in the case of color/finish prior to shipment) can be made at any time and will not constitute grounds for a return. All SPECIAL ORDER products are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. In a case where we do accept a return, shipping is nonrefundable and there is a 30% restocking fee for all vinyl returns.

We DO NOT accept returns on our printed products such as, but not limited to, camouflage, nature, paint splatter, animal print, stone, galaxy, rust, etc. These are printed to order and are final sales.

International orders: manufacturers do not offer warranty or replacements for products shipped outside of the United States. Because of this, all sales are final for international transactions. Metrorestyling does NOT take responsibility in cases where there is a
defect or product failure.

Metro Restyling will replace or exchange products only if they are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are quality-assurance checked for flaws and completeness prior to shipping. You must inform us about incomplete orders, defects, shortages, and/or exceptions within 30 days of receiving your order. There is absolutely no replacements, exchanges, or refunds issued after product is installed.

Please note that products that aren't ordered together may have different lot numbers, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match. Metro Restyling and partner manufacturers are always making changes and improvements to provide you with the highest quality products. Metro Restyling does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation, however, we cannot be held responsible for installation failure.

Please be aware that if a claim needs to be filed for a product, it must be sent back within the given time frame to file a claim with given company; "usually 30 days depending on the manufacturer." If the time frame has exceeded this given period, MetroRestyling is not able to issue any type of replacement for said claims. We must follow the procedures of the manufacturer throughout the claim process and credit or replacement film will not be issued until the claim is finalized. Please understand that most manufacturers do not issue a refund for granted claims, instead, you will receive a credit that you can use toward a future order from MetroRestyling for any product desired. Please know that credits for claims must be used within 6 months of being approved; claims will be voided after that time frame has passed. We are not held accountable for any film that is not handled within that procedure. Please note that MetroRestyling is not responsible for labor costs and manufacturers do not typically compensate labor costs. Shipping is nonrefundable and there is a 30% restocking fee for all vinyl returns.



Lighting:

We provide assistance in purchasing, please contact us for help to prevent any ordering mistakes. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee or full value exchange minus shipping costs. Before returning any item, you must contact us for an RMA# within 14 days of your invoice date. The RMA# must be written or printed on outside of the package. All items returned without an RMA# will be refused. Defective items may be returned for an exchange of the same item only. All items must be in "new" condition, in original packaging with all contents included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. For all lighting products, please test item for factory defects prior to installation. No cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special order items. Shipping is nonrefundable.


Parts & Accessories:

No returns or exchanges. Please take special care to order carefully and completely. Ask all questions before placing an order. When buying one of our products please note that the item is being sold only as described. Metro Restyling will replace, or exchange only for those products which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are quality-assurance checked for flaws and completeness prior to shipping. You must inform us about incomplete orders, defects, shortages, and/or exceptions within 3 days of receiving your order. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges or refunds issued after 4 days.

Metro Restyling will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. For any shipment that is refused or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with re-shipping the package. Shipping costs are not refundable. We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
